Earlier this year, in Australia aware of the excellence of DR.SCALP’s products and technology and contacted the head office directly.
We communicated several times, including zoom meeting, and an Australian buyer visited the head office directly regarding the introduction of DR.SCALP to Australia.
After they visit, we discussed various matters such as contracts.
After that, we progressed the training for three days from March 20th to 22nd.
From the theory of scalp expertise to customer response methods, counseling techniques, products, and care device usage training.
For high professionalism in franchise operation, we have provided theory and practical training necessary in the field.
The training was conducted full-time from morning to afternoon for all three days, and they always showed the passion until the end of training.
Due to the tight schedule, it was not enough to tell them everything about DR.SCALP.
Nevertheless, we will continuously support for them, for the success of DR.SCALP in Australia and strive to grow together as a partner.
今年年初,澳大利亚顾客优先看到了Dr. Scalp产品和技术的优秀性, 并直接联系了韩国总公司。
在澳大利亚顾客的积极推进下, 首先进行了视频会议, 对Dr. Scalp的产品和系统进行了说明, 于是约定访问韩国总公司并进一步商谈的合同事项,
将Dr. Scalp引入澳大利亚。
第一天,在负责人及研究所的陪同下, 访问江南中心,亲自体验护理系统, 下午访问总公司, 讨论事业推进案。
在这之前所了解到的Dr. Scalp的基础上, 具体说明产品、系统及流程后, 立即签订了合同, 并结束了一天。
之后在3月20日~3月22日进行了3天的教育。
