닥터스칼프 아카데미는 닥터스칼프가 자체적으로 개발한 체계화된 교육, 승급 과정을 가지고 있습니다.
모든 직원은 정해진 교육과정을 이수한 후 지점에서 근무를 하면서 지속적으로 교육을 받을 수 있도록 합니다.
닥터스칼프는 모든 지점의 원활한 운영을 위하여 평소에도 정기적으로 현장에서 교육을 진행을 하였습니다.
팬데믹 시기에도 교육을 활성화하기 위해 국내 뿐만 아니라 해외 지점에 온라인으로 교육을 진행하고 있습니다.
닥터스칼프의 교육과정은 ‘신입 교육 강좌’, ‘직급 교육 강좌, ‘특별 교육 강좌’, ‘자격증 과정’으로 구성되어 있습니다.
이 시스템은 모든 직원이 참여할 수 있도록 개발된 것으로,
각 강좌는 한 달에 한 번씩 강의를 진행하며 직원들은 이론, 심화 이론, 운영 등에 관한 강의를 통해서 전문적인 지식을 강화합니다.
그리고 각 과정을 마치면 승급 테스트에 응시해서 진급 자격을 갖게 됩니다.
이와 같이 닥터스칼프는 두피 케어 전문가 (Trichologist)를 양성하고 있으며,
한국 지점을 비롯하여 전세계의 닥터스칼프 직원들에게 체계적이고 동일한 교육과정을 제공함으로써 글로벌 기업으로 성장하고 있습니다.
DR.SCALP Academy has a systematic education and promotion course developed by DR.SCALP.
For better operation of all branches, DR.SCALP regularly conducts on-site training as usual. In order to activate the training system even during the pandemic,
we are conducting through online not only in Korea but also in overseas branches.
DR.SCALP's curriculum consists of 'New Staff Training Course', 'Position Training Course', 'Special Training Course', and 'Certificate Course'.
This system was developed so that all employees can participate. Each course is taught once a month,
and employees can strengthen their professional knowledge through lectures on theory, advanced theory,
and operation. And after each course, they will be eligible for promotion by taking a promotion test.
In this way, we train scalp care experts (Trichologists) and we are growing as a global company by providing systematic
and identical training courses to DR.SCALP employees around the world as well as Korea.
